Having been a successful founder, consulting CEO, and global leader of both corporate and nonprofit teams, he is committed to helping organizations compete and thrive. James brings deep expertise in leading high-growth organizations, global media, development, program operations, strategy, and customer-driven innovation.

He has led teams responsible for the delivery of increases in revenue, awareness, and engagement for some of the world’s most recognizable corporate and nonprofit brands, including Microsoft, Aon, Be the Match, Salesforce, Honeywell, Elephant Insurance, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, Silver Lake, amfAR, UNICEF, Westinghouse, and AARP.

As a CEO and board chair/director, James has advanced operational excellence and governance. He sits on the board of the Haitian Global Health Alliance, the Make Music Alliance, and the Town Hall, a 1,500 seat national landmark theater/venue in New York City’s Times Square founded in 1921 by suffragists. He also recently served as board chair and interim president of a 150-acre animal sanctuary, leading the nonprofit through a critical transition and fundraising period.
